The 4th of May of 2022 Circular Influence visited the Escuela Técnica Roberto Rocca in Campana, Province of Buenos Aires. Here, they met with the headmaster Ludovicio Grillo.

In the meeting, the activities and events to take place in 2022 were presented.

The Escuela Técnica Roberto Rocca (ETRR) is a network of technical schools that was born as a joint initiative of the companies of the Techint Organization, within the framework of their Community Relations programmes. They prepare students to be able to confront the challenges of the industry, through the best pedagogical practices and innovation, using technology and promoting and active participation of students and teachers. The School is part of the Fundación Campana, which with the support of the Techint Organization brings quality education closer to the local community, lowering the cost of the school in different percentages depending on the necessity and effort of each case.

Education with focus on electromechanics and electronics is what characterizes the school in Argentina. On top of that, they have a Mecatronic and Electromecanic school in Pesquería, México.

During the visit, Circular Influence was guided through the installations and machinery that the School has, to offer their excellent education in technology. After that, they gathered to talk about the ClimateLaunchpad and Young Innovators programs and how to create synergies in relation to these.
