Getting a car wash in urban areas where the demand and traffic are consistently high can be challenging and expensive. Once a car arrives at such an establishment, it is washed using polluting chemicals and thousands of litres of potable water which for many people is a vital natural resource. Lastly, the transportation involved in car washes contributes to carbon emissions even though it is an unnecessary part of the service.

Willow’s uniqueness lays in the combination of multiple steps to resolve all of the aforementioned issues. In order to reach the car at a certain destination, they use electric mobility, therefore saving the emission a customer would produce by driving to a car wash. Their carbon footprint is also limited because they work with solar inverters and electric sprayers. They wash the cars with biodegradable soap and water collected from rain. In the future, they wish to add on other components such as oil and battery exchange which would be recycled afterwards.

Even more, their business model focuses on providing jobs to women in social and economic vulnerability.
